2011 Outdoor Retailer Open Air Demo: 150 brands showcasing the latest outdoor products

OR30Jordanelle State Park was the spot on for the 2011 Outdoor Retailer Open Air Demo. Over 150 brands participated in the August 3rd event.

The day was packed with events including a 5K shoreline run, fly fishing casting lessons, geocaching treasure hunt and stand up paddling races.

Laird Hamilton's home and training facility by Maui's "Jaws" is for sale

Laird HamiltonFor the name dropper in the market for a luxury home, Laird Hamilton's North Shore Maui estate is for sale.

The ten-acre estate is located by the "Jaws" reef break. "Jaws" is located between mile markers 13 and 14 on the Hana Highway and boasts waves over 100 feet that travel over 30 miles per hour. To catch one, a surfer needs to be towed-in by a jet ski. Surfing "Jaws" is by invitation from the masters that surf it's treacherous waves.

Gregory announces new packs for spring 2012
