Leki, a leading manufacturer for poles made for about every outdoor activity, announced a sponsorship agreement with five-time Olympic Medalist and two-time World Champion Bode Miller. The deal will last through the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. The four-year pactl locks Miller into training and competing exclusively with LEKI poles, gate guards and shin guards.

Miller sports an independent attitude most noticeable with his break-up with the U.S. Ski Team in 2007. His pole selection though is lock-step with the U.S. Ski team since Leki is an official supplier of poles.Jason Elliot
