Salomon will offer to consumers the mid-height Comet 3D GTX Hiking Boot. The EVA midsole is part of the light 20.1 ounce per boot. The Comet 3D GTX has a Gore-Tex membrane making it waterproof and breathable. Salomon’s 3D Advanced Chassis is advertised to keep you moving longer on the trail. The Salomon Comet 3D Hiking Boot will be available in the Spring of 2011 with a suggested retail price of $180.
