Mile High Mountaineering LogoMile High Mountaineering,  an uber-youthful company that started in 2009, announced the addition of five new packs to their line. Previous packs have featured innovations such as a sleeping bag stash with a built-in stuff sack, integrated rain fly and a hydration sleeve that rides on top of the back.

The cornerstone of the new additions is the Salute34 that features a heavy duty #10 zipper that wraps around the entire pack. This allows access at any location in the pack. Completed unzipped, the Salute 34 converts to a ground cover to keep you and your gear safe from inclement weather.

The remaining four new packs are smaller than the Salute 34 and include:

  • PowderKeg 32 – winter backcountry daypack
  • Bolt 24 – day hiking pack
  • Incline 18 – cycling pack
  • Colfax 18 – everyday around-town pack
