The Pocket Grill, Ben Ashpole and Jay Olman's Kickstarter project, boasts a lighter and compact way to cook over a campfire. The stainless steel grill folds to a small size and can fit in the pocket of a backpack. Its compact size is partially due to the patent pending hinges on the legs that fold without wasting space. A two by one foot cooking surface holds up to ten pounds of food when the Camp Grill is assembled. Ashpole and Olman boast the set-up time is under a minute. After a camping trip, toss the grill in your dishwasher to clean and sterile it. It also comes with a carrying pouch and cookbook.
