The design of the Drift Innovation HD170 has several ingenious features. The built-in color LCD screen is a necessity. When pulling off a flawless run in the half-pipe, your adrenaline and excitement is overflowing. Waiting to get home to download the video to your computer is not a choice. The HD170 lets you watch your last attempt at a flair at the skatepark. Drift Innovation designed the camera with a 170 degrees wide-angle lens. The wide-angle captures more of the scene. The camera does have a zoom, so a tighter angle can be captured if preferred. The remote is a convenient feature too. It eliminates the need of taking off your helmet or goggles to start and stop recording. The mounts included with the HD170 coupled with its waterproof feature makes the camera versatile. The Drift Innovation HD170 can capture activities such as whitewater kayaking the rapids of the Colorado River or base jumping off the New River Bridge. The HD170 connects to your computer or a TV with a USB cable. The camera is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery.
